At Cunning Miss Tori, every appointment, reading, lesson, and magical working is prepared with care and dedicated time. This policy is designed to respect both your time and mine while ensuring appointments and services are handled fairly.

By booking any service, you agree to the following terms.

Tarot Readings, Mentorship & Tutoring

Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you are running late, your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment may be considered a no-show.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice are not eligible for a refund.

Spellcasting Services

Spellcasting is highly personalized and begins long before the ritual itself.

Time is spent researching your situation, selecting appropriate methods, gathering materials, planning the working, and preparing spiritually before any ritual begins.

Because of this:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable.

• Once payment for spellcasting has been received and preparation has begun, refunds cannot be issued.

• If a spell has not yet entered the preparation phase, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Each magical working is custom-created specifically for the individual client and cannot be returned or resold.

House Cleansings

House cleansing appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

If travel has already begun to the appointment location, refunds cannot be issued.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, PDFs, courses, journals, worksheets, and other downloadable materials, all digital product sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges can be provided once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.

Classes & Workshops

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or workshop, please notify me as soon as possible.

Whenever possible, your registration may be transferred to a future class at my discretion.

Refunds for missed classes are generally not available.

Client Satisfaction

My goal is always to provide thoughtful, professional, and respectful service.

If you believe there has been an issue with your appointment or purchase, please contact me promptly so that we can discuss the matter and work toward a fair resolution.

Results Disclaimer

Tarot readings provide spiritual guidance and insight.

Spellcasting is a spiritual practice that works with intention, symbolism, personal effort, and factors beyond anyone's control.

Because no practitioner can ethically guarantee specific spiritual outcomes, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with a reading or because expected magical results were not achieved.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
