I welcome questions before and after your appointment within reason.

However, repeated messages seeking additional readings, spell advice, or ongoing consultation outside of a scheduled appointment may require booking an additional session.

Realistic Expectations

No ethical practitioner can guarantee specific outcomes or promise that every desired result will occur.

If I believe you are experiencing a situation that requires licensed professional support, I may recommend seeking assistance from an appropriate qualified provider.

Grounds for Refusal or Termination of Service

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a client:

• Becomes verbally abusive, threatening, or harassing.

• Uses discriminatory or hateful language.

• Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a way that prevents meaningful participation.

• Attempts to pressure me into guaranteeing specific outcomes.

• Repeatedly disregards established boundaries or policies.

• Requests services that are illegal or would require me to violate my personal ethics.

• Engages in behavior that makes me feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

When appropriate, any unused portion of prepaid services may be refunded at my sole discretion, less the value of services already rendered or preparation already completed.
