Booking & Appointment Policies Please read all policies carefully before booking your session. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms listed below. Booking & Payment All readings and spiritual services must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment slot. Unpaid appointments will not be held. Cancellation Policy Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. No Shows & Late Arrivals Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their session and payment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to respect other scheduled appointments. Refund Policy Due to the energetic and time-based nature of spiritual services, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a service has been completed. Results from tarot readings, spiritual guidance, and spellwork cannot be guaranteed, as free will and personal choices always play a role.
